Meet our apples

A variety bred in Poland. Fruit of medium size, spherical and slightly flattened with pronounced ribbing at the calyx. The skin is smooth, shiny with a carmine-red blush covering most of the fruit. The flesh is creamy white and juicy. Taste of wine-sweet apple with a characteristic aroma.

Availability – November to May

Variety selected in the Netherlands. Large to very large fruits, with a barrel-shaped irregular shape. Rough skin, covered with rust with red blush. The flesh is juicy, coarse-grained, sour with a spicy aroma.

Variety originating from the United States. Large fruits with an elongated conical shape. Shiny skin, dark red blush covering the entire fruit surface. Flesh crispy and juicy with a sweet flavour.

An old variety most probably of French origin. Large to very large fruits with round often irregular shape. Delicately flushed skin covered with a rough greyish russet coating. The flesh is firm, green-yellow with a sour-wine flavour. Variety ideal for gastronomic use.
